Why should I have flash resume?
Most of employers and recruiters do not like deal with clone candidates rather they are looking for unique individuals. Your uniqueness might be represented in a various ways. How does the creating flash resume process work?
We managed to develop easy to navigate and simple to complete process that eliminate most of the potential problems.

First step is selecting resume template, which best suite your test and requirements. By clicking on "preview" button under particular template you can preview demo version of the resume. Press continue button at the top or bottom of the page to save selected design and proceed to the second step.

The second step contains two parts. First part is the two introductory lines and second part is contact information. The introductory lines are the first lines of flash resume introduction the employer will view. These lines can be used for number of things. For example specifying your name, occupation, years of experience, or strong prepositional statements, or tell what you are looking for, and etc. The contact information will appear on the contact page within flash resume. Press continue button at the top or bottom of the page to save and proceed to the next step.

The building resume section has 4 identical pages (steps) that follow one after another as you press "save changes" button at the bottom. These are the totally adjustable sections of your resume. The "Section title" text field will automatically reflect corresponding menu titles and sections heading in your flash resume. Make sure you press "save changes" button when you complete each section in order to save your information. NOTE: if you cut and past parts of your existing MS Word format resume that has special formatting (tables, bullets and etc.) try to remove them before you paste it into "Section content" text editable area. MS Word special not visible symbols may cause incorrect display or formatting of pasted chunk of text.

The printing view page allows you to preview printing version of created resume in previous step. If you need to modify or adjust some details you can easily return to previous pages using back button. If the printing version is look satisfactory you can proceed further by clicking on continue button at the top or bottom of the page.

Next step allows you to add any type of files that you wish to attach to your resume. The section allows you easily add, edit or delete attachment files. Recommended attachments are: MS Word format resume, cover letter, images of certificates or diplomas, reference letters, and etc. When naming your attachments, keep the name simple without any special characters (for example, `!%@#/). We do not recommend use file attachments larger than 300 kb. The reason for that is long downloads time for employer who browses your resume online (hosting option) or extremely large files may exceed size of small business card CD. We also not recommend attaching files associated with not common software (for example sample.avi). This type of file may not be opened or viewed unless required software is installed on employers computer. Press continue button to proceed to the next step.

The select music step allows you to select one of the 8 background music sounds or no sound option. The selected sound track can be only heard if employer's computer has sound system turned on. Click on continue button to save selected sound and proceed to preview page.

On preview page you can preview ready demo version of your completed flash resume. Make sure to test each single section, contact information and attachments before you make an order. Your resume will be only editable with download version and for hosting option, but not if it is recorded on CDs. NOTE: "Preview version" background image will NOT appear on your final version (after completing your payment).

After reviewing your complete flash resume proceed to "buy it" page where you can find suitable package than complete your order.

Do I have to enter all my information and format it at once, or can I come back to it?
Your information is stored securely on our server once you click on continue button on each page. You can work on your resume creation over a few days if you want. Once you are happy with your flash resume you simply buy it and we ship (or email) it to you.

How do I save my changes?
Press Continue at the top or bottom of the page where you area working to save your changes. If you wish to add or modify information, you can either use "back" button or navigation menu at the top.

I'm having a problem adding my attachments files, what should I do?
We do not recommend use file attachments larger than 300 kb. This may cause freezing page or getting timeout errors. Consider fact that large files cause long download time for employer who browses your resume online (hosting option) or extremely large files may exceed size of small business card CD (~50MB). Another problem that may cause adding attachments is naming your files. Keep the names simple without any special characters such as: @!%@\#/).

What software do I (or a potential employer) need to view my flash resume?
A 'Flash' plug-in from macromedia. Most computers already have this software installed and 99% of Web browsers have the Flash plug-in. In case a computer doesn't have the plug-in, your resume file will prompt the user to download and install it.

What happens if I cannot complete the process?
If you cannot complete the transaction or process, just send an email to JazzResume.com, providing all related to issue information and stating what exactly happened.

Can the resume be changed or updated after purchase?
Edit and update available only whit the "Editable version / Web hosted" upgrade. The option allows you to edit your resume an unlimited number of times within 1 year from the moment of purchase. All sections and information can be updated including design selection (hosting version only) and background sound except of your First and Last name. Instant changes for hosting version will take in effect upon saving the new changes. Also you can download data file for your downloaded version, but not different design if selected.

How do I go back and edit my resume?
Log in to your account using your user name and password (available in order confirmation email). This includes your password and email address. Using the same steps you will be able to make a changes to existing resume.

If, under any circumstance, JazzResume.com does not perform the service as advertised, we will guarantee a full money-back. Examples of these types of circumstances are: non-functional or corrupted flash resume files provided, inaccessible hosting, damaged CDs, etc.
